The Two-Bedroom House provided a fine backdrop with countless deer and elk casually roaming nearby. Cozy blankets in the living room made curling up with a good book a pleasure after a long day of skiing. Although there was a lack of detailed kitchen utensils for the steaks we brought, the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities were great.

The kitchenette's limited space was a bit of a hassle when it came to meal prep-especially if you're expecting a full kitchen. Parking also posed a challenge on busy nights, and if you're driving in winter, better have snow tires or all-wheel drive-getting my Tahoe up the hill was no walk in the park during snowfall.
